What are the five modes?
Photo Mode lets you snap a photo and identify any part or component instantly. Video Mode analyzes recorded footage for step-by-step repair guidance. Measure Mode uses AR to take precise measurements. Live Mode enables real-time voice conversations with AI while you work hands-free. Chat Mode is traditional text chat with access to your photo history and saved manuals.
How does the Knowledge Base work?
The Knowledge Base lets you search millions of service manuals, wiring diagrams, and technical documents from across the internet. You can save documents to your personal library and Camera Search will use them to ground its AI responses — giving you more accurate, sourced answers.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan includes 25 credits per month, basic AI responses, and limited manual search. Upgrade to Personal for 1,500 credits, all five modes, and full Knowledge Base access.
Can I use Camera Search offline?
Core AI features require an internet connection to process images and retrieve documentation. We recommend a stable connection for the best experience on the job.
